What Heatworx is

Heatworx is heat-loss survey software from TidyGaff Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. It helps heating professionals measure buildings and calculate heat loss and heating requirements to recognised industry methodologies. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Professional judgement required

Heatworx performs calculations from the measurements and choices you enter. The results are only as good as those inputs, and they are an aid to professional judgement — not a substitute for it. System designs, equipment selections and compliance submissions must be checked and approved by a competent person who takes responsibility for them. TidyGaff Limited is not liable for decisions made, equipment installed, or losses arising from reliance on calculated results.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to enter any property data you record, and you are responsible for handling your clients' information lawfully.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data and our software

Your surveys are yours. The software, its calculation methods, designs and branding are ours or our licensors'. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending things

You can stop using Heatworx and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
